1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the JXE Property Services website and the services provided by Jackson Executive Property Services Ltd.
By using this website or requesting our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Quotations
All quotations are provided free of charge unless otherwise stated.
Quotations remain valid for 30 days from the date issued.
Any work outside the agreed quotation may incur additional charges and will always be discussed before work proceeds.
3. Services
JXE Property Services provides professional property improvement and maintenance services, including but not limited to:
- Decorating
- Property Maintenance
- Carpentry
- Plaster Repairs
- Tiling
- Repairs & Finishing
- Bespoke Projects
Services may vary depending on availability and project requirements.
4. Bookings
Booking dates are only confirmed once agreed between JXE Property Services and the customer.
For larger projects, a deposit may be required before work commences.
5. Payment
Payment terms will be stated on your quotation or invoice.
Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due upon completion of the work.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- Provide safe access to the property.
- Ensure working areas are reasonably clear where possible.
- Notify JXE Property Services of any known issues that may affect the work.
7. Workmanship
JXE Property Services takes pride in delivering work to a high professional standard.
Any concerns regarding workmanship should be reported within 48 hours of completion so they can be assessed and resolved where appropriate.
8. Delays
Whilst every effort is made to complete work within agreed timescales, delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control, including:
- Adverse weather
- Material shortages
- Supplier delays
- Unforeseen structural or property issues
- Restricted access
9. Limitation of Liability
JXE Property Services will not be liable for:
- Pre-existing defects.
- Hidden structural issues.
- Damage resulting from unresolved leaks or underlying building defects.
- Delays beyond our reasonable control.
Nothing within these Terms & Conditions excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded.
Customer-Supplied Materials
Where the Customer chooses to supply materials, fixtures, fittings, paint, tiles or other products for installation or use during the works, JXE Property Services cannot guarantee the quality, suitability, compatibility, performance or durability of those items.
Colour & Finish
Where colours are selected by the Customer, it is the Customer’s responsibility to approve the chosen colour prior to application. While every effort is made to achieve an even, high-quality finish, slight variations in colour and appearance may occur due to differences in surface condition, lighting, existing substrates and manufacturing tolerances.
Delays Caused by the Customer
If works are delayed due to customer-supplied materials not being available, being incorrect, or being unsuitable for installation, JXE Property Services reserves the right to reschedule the works and charge for any additional visits, labour or costs incurred.

Whilst every effort is made to ensure the information on this website is accurate, JXE Property Services accepts no responsibility for errors, omissions or outdated information.
